2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel your engagement **before any work has started**, a full refund will be processed within 5 business days.

3. Revisions & Corrections

We include up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost to ensure your complete satisfaction. If an error is found in our deliverables, we will correct it promptly and at no charge.

4. Tax Filing Deadlines

Services tied to IRS or state deadlines (e.g., April 15 filings) are non-refundable once the filing window opens, as delays may impact compliance and penalties.

5. Disputes

Any refund-related disputes will be reviewed by our managing team. Final decisions are based on work completed, time invested, and client communication records.
